J. ANDREW MOORER

J. Andrew Moorer is President, Chief Executive Officer and General Securities Principal of Miller Capital Markets, LLC, an investment banking firm and part of The Miller Group of affiliated companies that include Miller Investments, Inc., Miller Management Corporation and Miller Capital Corporation where Mr. Moorer is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer of the investment banking firm. Mr. Moorer has an extensive background as an entrepreneur in executive management positions in various industries that encompass all areas of finance and accounting including serving as Chief Financial Officer of a mutual fund. Since leaving public accounting he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Business Analyst for a number of companies.

Mr. Moorer acquired control in 1999 of a publicly held manufacturing company that he restructured and merged into a larger entity that was involved with homeland security related to airport baggage screening for weapons and explosives detection. Following the merger of the two entities, he further structured a spin-off of one of the subsidiaries from the then larger parent company. To facilitate the plans for the spin off company, Mr. Moorer most recently served as its President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Moorer entered his professional career as a Certified Public Accountant in the Audit and Emerging Business Services Group of the international accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received his BA in Accounting from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Moorer is an active member of the community having served continuously since 1984 at the Board level for local youth soccer non-profit organizations and as a soccer coach.
